The room was huge! Huge desk space for me to work comfortable. Huge tv. Huge bed. Huge shower. Starbucks on the bottom floor too! Woke up in the morning, got my fancy coffee, and went up to my room and turned the AC down (which worked great). Even the chair was comfortable. Couch was big and comfy. Beautiful huge old windows that I loved. Staff at front desk AND valet were both really friendly and nice :)

The staff was extremely friendly everyone spoke when they saw you through out the building. The Val-let was extra nice even with it being extremely hot they kept a positive attitude on their face. Breakfast staff was also friendly front desk was always willing to help and ask if we needed anything. Typically at hotels I would have house keeping coming to check to see if we needed anything but this time we didn’t we had to call but they brought what we needed to the room. Overall this was an amazing stay in Houston oh I almost forgot to mention the roof top pool is lovely at night with an amazing breeze. Thank you for the stay 🥰

All the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, and the restaurant menu had tasty and healthy choices. The suite room was very comfortable. Great value for the price.

The location was perfect! Right on Main Street & I loved how we walked on the property from outside I could literally smell the hotel from outside! It was just so fresh and clean. The breakfast was hands down one of the best I’ve ever eaten from a hotel. Always freshly made each morning we were there. The staff were so nice. All staff members were very friendly, positive and helpful. The room was big and clean. The location is great to be able to walk all around downtown Houston and the light rail is right there by the hotel as well. The nightly rate was fantastic for the area.

Employers were Super Awesome! Santavia on night shift gets 100 plus! An Asset on your Staff!!! Everyone greeted us with Smiles and a warm welcome

Breakfast was delicious, always fresh, and plentiful. Room exactly what we needed for a short stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Walkable to Minute Maid Park.
